I placed 5 separate orders of nice champagne for friends living in the UK. It took a long time on the web site because address matching software is not intuitive, doesn’t always have a match and if you don’t have thorough knowledge of UK address systems, you’re out of luck. In any case, none of the deliveries made Christmas, some made New Years and one was delivered to a wrong post code. I’ve emailed oddbins customer service twice. The recipient has called but we’ve heard nothing. Black hole. I’ll have switch back to JL.
