I thought Dan, the customer service assistant who aided me via chat, was exceptional. He reassured me that if I bought some wine and a gift box, he'd make sure they were packed as a set and even arranged for a gift message to be included. He stayed on the chat until I had placed the order and provided the order number for sharing with warehouse. The gift arrived safely and beautifully packed.
