I am using the Oddbins regularly sending wine as gifts for various events to my family in London, and the work of their Customer Service Service Team, and the consultant named Stefan in particular is impeccable, professional, very friendly, being a huge help, constantly assisting me with selections for my order of several bottles and suggestions. The delivery is on time as well. I do not know much about wine myself, and I live in USA, therefore I can not review each particular wine that I never tasted, but my family in London is happy with Stefan's choice and I am going to continue making my wine orders through the Oddbins in the future.
