The people you talk to are fine, but I have been a loyal Limitless member for 4 years. For the past 4/5 months, I have been asked to change my payment method, as they were moving away from the direct debit. I have tried to update my details so many times, but their website didn't work, and they were aware of it. However, in all these months, they "didn't manage to fix" the platform. The only solution for me to continue using Odeon was to unsubscibe and sign-in again. With it, losing the 4 years streak I had, as well as the use of my physical card, which I still use a lot, as I hate using my smartphone for this. They essentially kicked me out (after being a loyal customer), and asked me to do the work out of my free time to sign-in again, and lose a lot of things I cared about. I am really disappointed, as otherwise, it's been a great service. I am looking for another cinema chain to change to.
