I signed up for Odeon’s Limitless membership, but the cancellation process is extremely frustrating and feels deliberately confusing. You’re locked in for at least 3 months, and even after that, you have to give 30 days’ notice—so you end up paying for an extra month if you’re not careful. There’s no phone number for support, just an online form that takes ages to get a response. It feels like they’re trying to trap you into paying more, and customer service is unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this membership to anyone.
