Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were unsuitable on delivery (not a problem with the shoe - my daughter has very slim feet and finding shoes that fit is difficult) Refund dealt with quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault the website, choice and service. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable staff (when I rang with a query). I will definitely use Ogam Igam again.
