Arrived very quickly, nicely packaged - very simple, easy returns form in the top in case shoes didn't fit etc. (even had a free branded pen put in for me to use if needed !)
Won't be returning though as Loved them !
Feels like you are dealing with a lovely family business that is well run and local etc. rather than a don't-care-company in a warehouse somewhere...
