Excellent, from the minute the order was placed right up to the delivery and after. It is the first time I have ever ordered from Ogam Igam, to be honest I hadn't heard of them and stumbled across their website when I Googled some Clarks boots, but I can honestly say it won't be my last, I usually buy my 3 kids school shoes and every day shoes from other well known stores, as I always buy Clarks and lelli kelly, because of the fit, how well made they are and the durability of the shoes, they last! But I have never had the excellent service I received from Ogam Igam, not only do they sell the shoes I love but they have excellent service, communication and very fast delivery. It looks like the other stores have lost a regular customer, but their loss is Ogam Igam's gain, Thank you and well done!
