Poor quality and poor customer service. I wasn't happy with the quality and look of the dress I ordered, I paid for returns and they sent me a gift card for their site instead of refunding me the money. I messaged them through the site and emailed them asking for a cash refund which I'm entitled to and they ignored both. Worst customer service. Would not recommend.
