Finally, a learning and development company that understands how people learn in the digital age. My experience with Oji began with Oji Foundations where I have learned to become a better leader and manager. I treasure the expert videos, assessments, the coaching sessions, and now recognize more objectively where I am on my leadership journey. That is not to say that I am the world's best leader or manager now, but I am lightyears ahead of where I was six months ago and I now have the skills and attitude that will help me continue this journey as a professional. I also saw benefits spillover into my personal life- I am learning to listen more completely to friends and family, and am becoming more aware of my emotions and the emotions of others- and to that end, I am beginning Oji Emotions!
