I bought the wrong size shirt for my son in the sales, when i realised i called the harbourtown store - they didn't have any sizes left, so they called all the stores for me. Manly store found it, called me back and posted it to me. AMAZING service, the Harbourtown assistant could have just said 'sorry we don't have it', but went the extra mile. It's much appreciated and builds great loyalty!
