Outstanding service from Leonie @ Burleigh! Leonie helped me navigate the exchange of a gift that I received for a birthday present from a family member whilst travelling OS. When returning to Oz I had missed the 30 day cut-off but Leonie went out of her way to ensure an exchange took place after discussions with management.
