Easily the best customer service i have received in eons. Louise picked up the original overflow call when i had a sizing issue with an on-line order, held an item for me and ( politely ) folowed me up when I hadn't swapped out by nominated date. Went over and above any level of customer service received on the Sunny Coast. An asset to your brand and needs to be acknowledged.
