Very good , I have suffered for many years with severe back , hip and knee pains having the need to take exceptionally strong pain killers.From my first dose of OK CBD my knee and hip pain has vastly improved, the back pain is still there but is a lot duller. Sleeping is know improved I found I am having deeper sleeps.
