I'm new to product started on smallest ml then second purchase increased.
It's hard to define exactly regarding outright benefits but I'm definitely feeling better in myself, I most definitely have less aches & pains, my mood is always excellent
So, for me it's something I will continue with and monitor.
I think it's very personal experience journey.
