UPDATED REVIEW: OK CBD reached out to me after seeing my review, and issued me with a complete refund, for which I am grateful. I am writing this after contacting okcbd over an issue I had with one of their 400mg concentration liquid bottles. I had previously tried a bottle of 50mg concentration and liked how it helped, although I purchased it through another vendor who were selling their product. I was very much looking forward to an anxiety lowered existence and less attacks of restless legs syndrome, both of which were aided by using the 50mg concentration. I purchased directly from okcbd this time, buying a bottle of 400mg concentration drops, hoping that it would help me even more. The bottle is priced at £25. As per the other bottle, I followed the instructions TO THE LETTER, doing EVERYTHING I was supposed to. I felt absolutely nothing and my RLS and anxiety were untouched. I thought perhaps I might have a dud bottle because why wouldn't a 400mg concentration bottle be better than a 50mg one? Upon contacting customer service they asked me the questions I had already confirmed and told me all their bottles go through testing and so without saying so directly, implied nothing could be wrong with the bottle I was sent. Nobody has offered me a replacement or a refund, and now I am down money with a bottle of something with absolutely no effect whatsover. I find it hard to believe that whilst a 50mg concentration bottle had an effect, a 400mg concentration bottle would not, but apparently that doesn't seem to concern okcbd. I won't be using anything of theirs again, and I am extremely disappointed at their lack of willingness to assist me with regard to a replacement or refund.
