Hi, I got this to help for pain in my knee ,i got a meniscus tear operation a while ago, and in pain walking .I can't say i've noticed any relief from pain taking 4 drops twice a day 200mg ,maybe i need a stronger one?I'll be 70 in October maybe it's old age.i've also tried rubbing o my knee ?not sure if this help's . john martin
