When I initially tried to purchase my Oki printer I could not do so via your website, the website refused to accept my details even although I had filled in all the obligatory information boxes. When I submitted my my basket , my 3 attempts were refused. I then tried to ring the 0800 number to make my purchase and got the message all lines are busy. So I emailed the Oki website & left my telephone number & asked if someone would ring me back which they did within 10 minutes. My purchase was eventually made over the phone. Very prompt service, next day delivery, although the disk I received with my Oki printer to help install my printer would not work in my DVD drive or in my laptop. Both the printer & the extra cartridge I purchased were delivered the next day. Eventually we got the printer to work after 2 hrs of trying to sort out the disc problem, I have also asked a question in regards to USB ports .....on your website related to the printer . It is a technical question though so I may not receive an answer. I am looking forward to using my Oki printer, I have printed off a few letters, it's speedy & the print looks good.
