I have used Oki Direct over the past year and found them to be very efficient. Delivery of products is quick with no problems of wrong items being delivered. I had a slight problem with payments not being allocated to our account but Oki's accounts staff dealt with it promptly and were pleasant to talk to. Will continue to use for all our Oki items and have just recently purchased another Oki multi-function copier.
