Website is easy to follow. Product was easy to find and next day delivery as promised. The only down side was the packaging, which to say was tatty would be an understatement. Whoever boxed my items up should I think have training on how to package items and also how to seal the box. Items should not be bent to fit the box, and sufficient packaging tape in the correct place would help to keep the box sealed!
