I called the sales team prior to placing the order on a Wednesday before nnon and was told the printer would be dispatched for next day delivery. On Thursday afternoon I enquired if the item was due for delivery, the customer services rep was very abrupt only to say there was a problem in dispatch that day, then she suggested I cancel the order as a solution. I found the attitude very offensive, and despite 3 times she had promised a call back to update, I ended chasing her instead!
On Friday I called in the morning to get an update, this time I was told there was a problem with our delivery address! this was a new one to me. Then I had to scan over copies of proof of address before finally a manager agreed to release the order.
The OKI team really need some training in customer relations and need to keep customers advised where there may be delays.
