Unit delivered promptly and well packed as you would expect of Oki. Down to 3 star because an issue following setup required a call to customer support. I was put on hold while the individual went to find out what the problem was. I don't know if he managed to find a solution as he never came back to me. The call was cut off after 35 minutes on hold. This is NOT what you expect of Oki
