Customer Sales was very helpful, the ribbons we needed was shown as discontiued, so i thought i would ring to check, The sales person checked and confirmed there was stock.
I ordered that day and the ribbons arrived 2 days later, which was very much appreciated.
I would definately recommend you guys again to anyone needing genuine OKI products.
