Untrustworthy, terrible customer service, and poor product quality. Old Mill Saddlery have received so many bad reviews that they have turned off their Google Review page. I reported an issue and they have been investigating for over two weeks now and whenever I chase them for a response, I just get a standard holding email. I will now have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I can never seem to get my head around why equestrian business owners are so commercially unaware. It is no wonder the general population have such a bad impression of equestrians when companies like Old Mill Saddlery prove those impressions are in fact warranted. Highly recommend using a reputable retailer such as Redpost.
