My wife ,dog and I rain soaked went into the Harrogate store. My wife wanted to look at earrings. We were greeted at the door by a member of staff who welcomed us to the store. She directed us to use an umbrella stand which we did. All the staff were smiling. A member of staff helped in a non intrusive way re earrings. My wife bought two pairs I bought one for her as we love each other. She got three in total. We both remarked on the way out to each other how fabulous and friendly the staff are. The earrings are pretty and really cool.
