We were passing the Store in Byres Road Glasgow and I fell in love with a patchwork bedspread. We found the store and staff welcoming ,friendly and helpful . I didn’t get the name of the person who helped us , but she was very patient & showed me other options . She had dark hair and was wearing a hair band/scarf . We bought the bedspread and she and another member of staff managed to get a huge item into a fab cloth bag , making it easy for us to carry. Great service. Please pass on our thanks.
