I ordered a LV Speedy 35 and it shipped same day, arriving in Calgary in 2 business days. It was delivered in a plain brown box for security and the inside was packaged nicely with tissues and included a dust-bag and certificate. The bag looked new and the condition was as they described. I would definitely order from them again.
