I had purchased preloved designer items from consignments before, but never got the same service as I did from Oliver Jewellery. Their 7 day return policy made my decision easy to pull the trigger. And as I had questions or problems with the item, I emailed customer service and the manager contacted me directly and provided absolutely the best service I could imagine! I could never expect such great service from buying preloved items. I definitely will do more business with them!
