My experience at Oliver’s was amazing ! My experience at Oliver’s was nothing but positive and pleasant! I’ve both sold and purchased with them- first time for both! When selling a few items - I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of in any way. Their feedback was honest and reasonable. I walked away with cash in hand and very satisfied with the process! They were trusted advisors and willing to negotiate. When I visited their flagship store in Yorkville - wow ! It’s set up beautifully and sooo many incredible pieces. Once more the Oliver team was very professional / offered many options - suggestions. I left with a gorgeous piece - it was beautifully cleaned (all pieces are beautifully anyway but they clean it once more) - I will DEFINITELY go back !! I’ll even reconsider buying first hand in lieu of checking Oliver’s first. The team is great - very personable and friendly. We took our time and never felt pressured to buy or leave … it was a lot of fun .
