I would say I'm a satisfied customer. I got my Louis Vuitton exactly as it's described. The packaging is excellent as the item is well protected. The shipping is well monitored by your end. My only issue is the courier you used. They never press the doorbell. They left the notice card without trying to reach the receiver. Was waiting for them as I saw it was out for delivery. I still have to go to their drop off location. But, I will definitely buy my next designer bag here.
