I have made purchases from your store. Never had a problem. I purchased a bag and when it arrived I found it be too small. I called your store 416-546-5060 and was told to complete a refund on your site I was offered a 15% discount which is offered to everyone on your site. So this was not a special discount for me I have not heard from anyone. Jared has stated this was a final sale as I was offered the discount, but the 15% applies to everyone as previously stated.
