Dealing with the website was easier and more enjoyable than the 4 phone calls I had with your staff. No one seemed interested in helping me over the phone. Thankful that I didn't drive there from London...if that level of disinterest was displayed to me live and in person it would have been an interesting visit.
I spent my hard earned dollars with trepidation. As the item was only available to me through you. If I could've found it anywhere else for hundreds more I would've purchased it from someone else.
