Unfortunately I would not use this boutique again. My click and collect order took over 2 weeks to be processed and items I had ordered and paid for were not in stock, however I was not informed of this prior to collecting the order. The only information provided was a note on the parcel advising that a refund had been processed. Very poor customer service.
