I placed an order for many items in the sale. Got an email to say I had a refund a few days later for around half of the amount of the original order, no email to explain why. I then received a dispatch to say 4 of the items were on the way. It would’ve been nice to know in advance that parts of my original order were not in stock or whatever as these items were for gifts.
