I made a withdrawal of 1831$ on 27-11-2021 and today is 28-01-2022 so it's been more than 2 months they didn't released my withdrawal, i have wrote them emails, called them on their phone, chatted on their customer representative on their app but none of them helped, i have contacted them around 100 times and they always got me same answer that "a task has been created and our finance team is working on it" i have been hearing above statement from day 5th when i made withdrawal but they never solved my issue.
