I purchased Violin Strings previously from OMEGA Music UK - I had a problem recently with a set of strings. Some where not as I had hoped. I took photos and sent with my complaint. I was delighted to receive an apology, and a new set of strings were despatched the same day. Superb Customer Service and I will definitely purchase again in the near future. - Aindre
