Cannot travel on public transport due to my friend having a life changing experience. Was told I had been ‘helped’ by being offered to upgrade by paying a further £189.00 extra to be in a hotel within walking distance of the show. Immediately let the Senior booking manager know the reason that this situation was impossible, but sadly no empathy was shown. So I have been told to give my experience to someone who can go. Therefore, I have lost £300 and it’s my friends 50th. Stay away from OMG hotels, shocking ‘customer service’, if you can call it that. Unkind.
