Have tried to contact them by email 4 times no reply. They have £300 of my daughters money. She bought it as a birthday present. I tried to use it last year but they didn't send tickets in time for show. Told me I had to August this year to use it. I am very annoyed more so for my daughter as she saved up for this. Beware do no use this company.
