Please don’t use OMG Hotels. I booked an experience that outsourced OMG hotels so everything was arranged through their service for accommodation. They charged me extra for my chosen date the stay was to include breakfast. They didn’t include it on the voucher they apologised to me and told me to send the invoice and they would refund with a goodwill £30 voucher. This was 12 weeks ago and they haven’t responded to one of my emails since. Awful provider and and awful customer service.
