DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN CANCEL YOUR HOTEL & DINING 24HRS BEFORE YOUR EXPERIENCE IS SCHEDULED IN FOR!!! There's too much to write on here about how horrendous this experience has been (and still ongoing). I was promised a refund on 6th Aug (I have this in writing on email), but to date still have not received the refund. Throughout it all, I have been in email dialogue with Emily Smiley (Team Manager), Frannie Jenkins (Senior Booking Manager), but as soon as I'm now chasing where my refund is, it's all of a sudden gone silent! I've also messaged David Evans (Director), he's also totally ignored my message. If he's ignoring me, what hope have I got getting a response from his staff! All in all, terrible service, this company should be ashamed of themselves.
