I Received my item and it had a hole in it, I contacted customer services straight away and they asked that I send photos of the item. They received the images and said that I need to return the item. I then Went on to explain that I’m clinically vulnerable in a tier 4 area and I’m currently shielding an unable to do so unless they collect themselves. They said can only offer me a partial refund of 2.00 or they can send me the new item once they receive the faulty item which they could clearly see it was faulty from the images and no I’m unable to leave my house to send back. I’m not happy with the way it was dealt with at all. I’m expected to run around when it is their mistake
