Made an order on 6th December and nearly 2 weeks later my order still hasn’t even been dispatched! The company doesn’t reply to emails or Facebook messages only Facebook comments so they look like they are responding to others, when actually they aren’t. My son’s Christmas presents clearly won’t be coming now and I’m £45 out of pocket. Used to use this company regularly with no issues, will not be using them again!
