I have placed an order for Xmas the order confirmation didn't arrive when I emailed the company I was told the order cannot be found. They asked for details which I provided but have heard nothing since and my emails asking for a refund are not being answered. The items were for Christmas I ordered in plenty of time but I won't need them now as Christmas is nearly here and it is unlikely I will receive them now. Last year my orders were great this year something quite wrong.
