I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered two cushions, but they were completely different in quality – one of them was extremely poor. I requested a refund and sent back the puzzle product to their company address. After waiting for two weeks with no refund, they told me they needed proof of delivery.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the delivery receipt at first, and they refused to issue the refund without it. Later on, I managed to find a tracking number in my email and sent it to them. After that, they finally agreed to process the refund and even confirmed it by email.
However, even after their confirmation, I still didn’t receive the refund. Two weeks passed, and I had to email them again to follow up. I waited four days without any reply and had to follow up once more.
This whole process was frustrating, unprofessional, and caused me a lot of stress. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
