Formal complaint
Impossible to cancel order made by mistake and to return unopened item. My rights as a consumer to return promptly for a full refund have been denied. What a nonsense of a returns process it has been, constant stone-walling. My time absolutely wasted and my rights as a consumer trashed. Shall be carrying this complaint forward.
