decided to change my car, upon contacting Onecall was told that my current insurers would not be able to insure the new car, so there would be a charge, but as a valued customer they would not charge me the cancellation fee of £55.99, okay I accepted that, but the new quote was ridiculous - I quickly went to a comparison site and got a new quoute which was over £100 cheaper, even though I will lose the cancellation fee I'm still £50 better off, I spoke to them via livechat and told them I wanted to cancel, well they wanted to see if they could get me a better price then - too late, and I have a numer of policies with them which I will not be renewing because they must have thought, I wolud just accept the new price - WRONG - monkeys
