The first thing that stood out was the level of communication. It was professional from the first phone call, to showing Simon the items to be collected via WhatsApp to the collection day. Everything was clear and all regulatory matters were made clear in the written communication too for peace of mind. You get a confirmation of your collection slot the evening before by 7.30pm which is great. On the day they came early due to a cancellation on their end. That was welcome. The collectors were friendly and willing. They took pictures of everything before and after collection to fulfil due diligence. Great service and most importantly in these tough times - great value.
