Since my apartment is really small, I needed a crypto miner that wouldn't turn the place into an oven. I ended up going with the Antminer L9 from Oneminers because it's not too noisy. I set it up and used some soundproof foam and hooked up a fan to keep the heat under control. It's quiet enough that it doesn't bother me at all. Setting up a mining machine in a tight spot takes a little creativity but it can totally work.
