Ordered over £50 worth of crisps. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. And on contacting company after waiting a week, they asked me.to wait another week, I did on messaging back they had nothing to say and nothing they were willing to do to help me. They said until noted as lost by courier they couldn't do anything. Was also in a position where I couldn't cancel until arrived and I really didn't want to go buy crisps at supermarket with that much on the way!! A joke, be warned your orders could take 2-3 weeks and this company will not help. Boxes arrive all shrink wrapped together on black wrapping, not food grade, anyway. And all boxes where so badly damaged. Luckily no crisps were hurt!
