I found this site, and they are only a few miles away, so I decided to collect from their warehouse to save on paying a delivery charge. I ordered quite a lot, so I couldn't check them on site. On getting home, there were several packs missing. I emailed the company to tell them, and ask for a refund of the missing crisps. They emailed back to say that it had already been done. Sadly, I found this lack of communication bad for any company. If they knew there were missing bags, they should have let me know at the same time they messaged to say that my items were ready. They could have added onto that email that x amount of bags were missing, and that a refund will be processed. That way, it would have stopped me having to email them and then wait for a response, saving their time, and my frustration.
The price was good, as I bought on a day there was 12% off everything, plus I found a 20% voucher online. I would order again on a discounted day, but other than that, sadly the poor communication has out me off.
